The service advisor had me go with the tow truck driver to the dealership from home. When got their tells me that need a new coil pack for the car misfiring and running rough. I was told three months befor to the dealership from home. When got their tells me that need a new coil pack for the car misfiring and running rough. I was told three months before for the for the same problem that the coil packs were replaced in the past. After back and forth a bit a supervisor?/manager came out and she recommended replacing two of the older coil pack. One was still good. Three months ago two other coil packs were replaced on the 4 cyl car. In essence was held hostage there and when needed a ride home then right back was given a shuttle - Lyft back and forth. The supervisor/manager wanted $424. The service advisor said could take the car as is with no new coil packs and the engine running rough. Paid the $424 and left More
