Recall fix I received a recall notice that I put aside and forgot about. When I finally went online to schedule, the online assistant was very helpful. It was after normal hours so she arranged to have a service person call me the next morning.. He called and scheduled me a time that would work for me and told me it might take an hour or so to install. I was very pleased with my treatment when I brought my Prius V in. To my surprise they were done in about 35 minutes and I was on my way. More
