Recently bought a 2022 VW Tiguan from City Volkswagen of Evanston. I had been a previous customer of City VW in Chicago for maintenance and was excited to find there was a new location closer to my home whe Evanston. I had been a previous customer of City VW in Chicago for maintenance and was excited to find there was a new location closer to my home when it came time to shop for a new car. From Day 1 the team at City VW of Evanston were great!!! Ian was my sales person and from helping me look at models and discussing what was important to me in a new car to helping with the perfect accessories after I purchased the new car he was beyond helpful. He gave me his personal cell number and answered all my questions after initially looking at the car and then kept me up to date as we waited for it to arrive. When it came time to pick up my new car I was in a bit of a time crunch, so he worked with his team to receive and prep the car asap. I was driving home later that afternoon in my new car. Thank you, Ian!! The buying process was actually very straight forward too and there was no hard selling like I’ve experienced with other dealers.
