I saw a brand new listing of a vehicle I had test driven elsewhere, and sent an email requesting to see it the next day. I was greeted by Josiah, one of the salespersons, and he did a wonderful job showing elsewhere, and sent an email requesting to see it the next day. I was greeted by Josiah, one of the salespersons, and he did a wonderful job showing me the Tiguan, and many of the features. He then went and got the keys and I got to test drive the vehicle around the neighborhood. He gave a running commentary about the interior features, which I appreciated very much. I'm a "car guy", so although the dash layout was somewhat familiar there were certainly items my existing car doesn't have. After the test drive we went inside to Josiah's office and continued discussing that VW and it's features. He was very knowledgeable and we confirmed that this particular Tiguan was the one I wanted to purchase.. After that there was negotiations of the final price that included his sales manager, and finally the financial manager Tim. Who, I also liked because he had served in the Army as I had. It was a great experience from beginning to end, and the weather was perfect ! More
