A knowledgeable friend helped me by making the first contact with Ian. When we met with him, Ian was exactly the right person. He asked me pertinent questions, explained everything clearly so I could make the best decision that was right for me. Most of all, he did not rush or pressure me in any way. I am very pleased with the used Crosstrek I chose to replace the Forester. All my service will continue to be with Brattleboro Subaru. I will also recommend Ian, Billy and the business in general if the opportunity arises. More
