I knew what I was looking for and researched the specific vehicle online at several different dealerships in the area. Brattleboro Subaru offered the car that I was looking for at a much lower price. Their website was very easy to use and I was pre-approved for credit and filled out the financial forms that I needed to before I even walked in the dealership. Marie contacted me right away and answered any questions that I had about the process and scheduled me for a test drive at 5 pm that evening. Ian greeted me at and was very laid back and helpful throughout the process. He explained things very clearly and did not pressure me at all. Luke clearly went over the financial details and did not pressure me to buy any extra service plans or products that I did not need. I received more than what I expected for my trade in. The deal was closed by 7:30 pm and I was on my way. There were no hassles or gimmicks and I felt very respected by each of the staff members who helped me. I will definitely be going back to Brattleboro Subaru the next time I am looking for a new car and I highly recommend them to anyone. More

I understand that you are looking for used vehicles but I feel that after a few inquires that it would be nice to not keep being asked about selling my vehicle for an update. I have no desire to sell my vehicle. So your persistence is a little annoying. Other than that, I have no complaints. More

Everyone we interacted with, from the Internet Manager to the Sales Consultants to the Finance Department, was friendly, well-informed, and professional. We were told by other dealers that we would have to order our car and wait for up to 12 weeks for delivery. Brattleboro Subaru located our car and delivered it to us in less than 2 weeks, along with giving us the best price and highest trade in. We would definitely shop with them again. More
