I purchased a car from them on 8/10/2023 for $25,000 and traded in my vehicle. I received a notice from DMV couple weeks ago that they were suspending my license and revoking my registration because the tr traded in my vehicle. I received a notice from DMV couple weeks ago that they were suspending my license and revoking my registration because the traded in vehicle was still listed under my name as owner, along with the plates. I contacted the business to take care of this and they told me to contact DMV. Why a car dealership would ask a customer to contact DMV for something like this I am not sure. I contacted DMV and they told me best thing is to go to regional center, pay fee of $100 to immediately get off revoked listing. I drove 1.5 hours round trip to Eatontown to sit there for half hour and have DMV resolve the situation. I contacted the dealership by phone and sent a couple of emails to no avail. I am just looking for $100 to be refunded to me at my new address and someone to help them understand how to handle a trade in properly in the future. Doug Said 732-801-3242 More

I purchased a vehicle - cash deal on February 11 2023. It has been nearly three months without receiving valid tags, registration, title.
