Buying a car was a good experience overall. Friendly sales personnel and were a great in helping me decide on a used vehicle. There was a small problem with the car I bought, but the Service De Friendly sales personnel and were a great in helping me decide on a used vehicle. I made a deal on new ram truck. After running my credit , the dealership tells me the truck is already sold. Of course they have a more expensive truck available. Totally unacceptable to put an inquiry and damage someone's credit when you don't even have the truck. Typical bait and switch. Stay away from this dealer. More

My name is Shawncey Smith and I came in on Friday morning based off a Email that was sent to me. I spoke with Ian Kelly About The BMW Xdrive and before I could get to the lot, Mr. Kelly had sent me several p based off a Email that was sent to me. I spoke with Ian Kelly About The BMW Xdrive and before I could get to the lot, Mr. Kelly had sent me several pictures of the vehicle. After a brief intoduction, he offered to allow me to test drive the vehicle, we did and I made the decision to purchase. After submitting the loan application, Mr. Rob Dunn worked tireleslly to get me the best rate and actually dropped the price, and added a two year powertrain warranty on my vehicle. After everything was all said and done. Not only did I get a great vehicle, but I also paid less than I expected and now I have the security of knowing if something major happens to my vehicle it will be covered. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definately recomend this team of sales professionals to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Five stars for sure cheers! More
