I, Charlie McHale, reached out to Doug Sellers for a couple reasons after i saw his review. First we never spoke and i knew nothing of his situation. What i did see was a one star review with my name attached to it. The next day after i left a message for him he called another manager at the store Mario. I was able to speak to him during that call very brief and i explained to him that i respect that he voiced his opinion but could he please correct it to the person he actually dealt with. He said he didn't car to call Genesis and some other yelling to which i told him that was not very good KARMA to knowingly do that to someone. After looking into his situation Mario spoke to him multiple times with 1 being over 15 minutes when he explained to him his trade in value and that the pre owned vehicle was CPO. We may not have been 1200 away but with the customer living in ft lauderdale and having a over 50,000 trade i agree with our team it would have been a lot worse to actually come to the dealer and then give him less. I could go on and on but that's not what we want to do. At Daytona Hyundai we don't do things like that. It's always the best to have your trade properly appraised in person. Everyone's actions make sense to themselves and there's always 3 sides to a story.

Hey Joshua this is Charlie. Yes your vehicle comes with roadside assistance 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The number is right on the drivers side rear window. It goes to a local company and they get to you within the hour. Being that they get someone local where you are they are always 100 percent available no matter what. I apologize for what looks to be a lack of communication on our part. During the time you were needing roadside assistance i myself did not hear nay of this at the dealership. No manager that i know of had gotten a call that a Certified Pre owned Vehicle needed roadside. If they did i assure you we would have all been right on it and at the very least helped make the call to Hyundai for the roadside that comes with your vehicle. Please let me know if theres anything i can help with or if you would like to get together to make sure everything is clear. Thank you.

I would definitely like to speak with you. My number is (828) 361-5823. I have spoke with Hyundai and they have been very helpful, but unfortunately the dealership has not. I have gone to the dealership and spoke with a lot of people that promised to help but I have never received folllow up. I have spoke with managers, but I understand that all the managers deal with a lot of customers so I understand when the ball gets dropped. I would definitely like to speak with someone that can restore my faith in your dealership and it’s service and customer service department so I will not have to drive to another town to have my car Serviced by a Hyundai dealership.
