My father has always held the brand in the highest regard being an ex-race car and motorcycle driver and working on the sales side of the business for for the last 28+ years. Part of my Senior year of high school was spent living in Germany where I was able to go see the Welt (have been back twice since) and experience BMW on the road in its native environment. Ian made the transition from my old car pretty seamless. I'm pretty busy & he was able to get me in the 2021 m850i in just one visit. This is the second car I purchased here in less than five years. I recently bought a car from Ian Martin at Otto’s BMW and it was a great experience. Ian was very friendly and personable. Most of all I was really impressed by the effort Ian put in to find something in inv it was a great experience. Ian was very friendly and personable. Most of all I was really impressed by the effort Ian put in to find something in inventory that had everything I wanted and would arrive in the timeframe I needed a car! I went in expecting I may have to compromise on a car feature or timing for delivery, but Ian did searches and found exactly what I was looking for. He was communicative throughout the process and easy to work with. I’ve been to Otto’s before and have always found it to be a nice dealership with helpful staff and solid inventory and servicing as well. Noel had all paperwork ready at pickup for a streamlined experience in finalizing the purchase. Ian also did a stellar job walking through various car features, connecting my phone to the system and CarPlay, and ensuring that when I drove away everything was ready to go. More
