I went in expecting I may have to compromise on a car feature or timing for delivery, but Ian did searches and found exactly what I was looking for. He was communicative throughout the process and easy to work with. I’ve been to Otto’s before and have always found it to be a nice dealership with helpful staff and solid inventory and servicing as well. Noel had all paperwork ready at pickup for a streamlined experience in finalizing the purchase.
