I had a great experience at Otto’s BMW on Saturday with sales person Ian Martin and Wilmer Rodriguez the sales manager. Both were very helpful with finding a car for my daughter. I know I got a good deal and they both stayed after closing time to wrap up the paperwork so that I could take the car home that day. This was my first experience at Otto’s but it will certainly not be my last. One final thing that I found interesting was how both these men spoke so highly of the family that runs the dealership, as well as the dealership’s interesting history. When employees speak that way, it’s a clear sign of a truly great company that certainly cares about selling cars, but also cares about a whole lot more. I will be a customer for life. More

After the remarkable and unforgettable experience of purchasing our first vehicle at Otto's, when it came to acquiring a new vehicle, Otto's BMW was the first place to come in mind. We were looking for purchasing our first vehicle at Otto's, when it came to acquiring a new vehicle, Otto's BMW was the first place to come in mind. We were looking for a specific vehicle with a very specific package, and we knew exactly who to contact in order find it. Ian Martin, the agent that managed our first deal, was absolutely spectacular during that purchase and all other times we contacted him. This is why we contacted him for our second vehicle. Not only did he find the car we were looking for, but found us a better version of it that we didn't know was available. Ian did wonders to find it and we still don't quite understand how he managed to achieve it. When we contacted Ian, he immediately got to work. We were was absolutely impressed with his work ethic and commitment to his clients. Once he came through and found the car we were looking for, he got back to me quickly and promptly, with a car better than we requested. He told us that the car wasn't immediately available, but was going to work on getting it for us with a bit of wait-time. He said it could have taken up to a month. Once again, Ian pulled through and it happened in mere days. Ian continued to over-deliver and exceed our expectations. He helped us go through most of the paperwork over the phone and made it a hassle-free, painless process. It was easier than we could have ever imagined. We were astonished to hear a short time later that the car was ready to be picked up. Ian asked us what would be the best time for us to head down to finalize the deal. He was incredibly accommodating and helpful; We were simply amazed by his dedication to delivering an amazing customer experience. Coming from New York City, getting to Otto's is not an easy task. With 275 miles round-trip, we knew what we were getting into. When working with Ian and Otto's BMW, the trip down was a journey worth making. When we arrived at Otto's on our appointment day, we felt not only at home, but safe and secure. The facility was spotless and immaculate, with sanitizing stations placed throughout. The staff, who were all wearing face masks, were warm and welcoming and made the whole experience that much sweeter. Once we got to see Ian, all the final steps were ready to go. It was a smooth and effortless process; all the while, Ian made sure to follow social distancing and cleanliness guidelines. We received our car in the exact way we expected, everything was as it was promised to be and more. Shining, clean, and spotless. Ian even helped us put the front plate holder, same as he did with our first vehicle. We wrapped things up with Ian and made our way back home. Ian was astounding and incredibly kind and considerate every step of the way. It's people like him, as well as the rest of the Staff at Otto's, that makes going there an experience to remember. More
