I know I got a good deal and they both stayed after closing time to wrap up the paperwork so that I could take the car home that day. This was my first experience at Otto’s but it will certainly not be my last. One final thing that I found interesting was how both these men spoke so highly of the family that runs the dealership, as well as the dealership’s interesting history. When employees speak that way, it’s a clear sign of a truly great company that certainly cares about selling cars, but also cares about a whole lot more. I will be a customer for life. More
