My father has always held the brand in the highest regard being an ex-race car and motorcycle driver and working on the sales side of the business for for the last 28+ years. Part of my Senior year of high school was spent living in Germany where I was able to go see the Welt (have been back twice since) and experience BMW on the road in its native environment. Once the sale was made he noticed a little ding in the car and he made sure it was fixed. Mohammad was excellent showing me things in the car and spending all the time I needed, he even reached out to assist me when he was off. When you have workers like that it makes you want to be a repeat customer and share you experience with your friends. More
