Excellent cuatomer service I just had to add on to my previous post, I had an appointment before the dealership shut down which they called my to reschedule on April 1st. When I arrived it took longer than I expected but I understood with them being careful and keeping ever safe. I informed them why I was here and about a issue I had with the app which myself and Mohammad try to fix, the service writer didn't understand so I texted Mohammad which he informed me he was off but he still reached out to the service writer to inform him of my issues. A few hours later they called to say my software was outdated and the fixed it.. I just wanna say thanks to Mohammad for your EXCELLENT customer service even while your at home. Keep up the good work. More

Ian Martin is not just a salesman, but he is well informed about cars, very professional, and he made my wife and I feel welcomed at Otto's BMW. When I got to Otto's BMW I thought I was just gonna do a drive test. However, after Ian had explained to me how good the car I wanted to buy was, I was able to make a decision right away and the following morning we were able to put a deposit to hold the car. Of-course, we purchased the vehicle three weeks after my initial visit, but these three weeks felt like it was just four days because Ian was always in-touch with updates. Last but not least, kudos to Mohammad Elnaboulsi for a quick tutorial about the vehicle. He knows his job. Shepherd and Mercy. More
