My father has always held the brand in the highest regard being an ex-race car and motorcycle driver and working on the sales side of the business for for the last 28+ years. Part of my Senior year of high school was spent living in Germany where I was able to go see the Welt (have been back twice since) and experience BMW on the road in its native environment. Excellent service through the entire purchase! I needed to replace my daughter's 4 Series Convertible that was totaled after only 40 days of ownership. Otto's had exactly what I needed! Ian Martin I needed to replace my daughter's 4 Series Convertible that was totaled after only 40 days of ownership. Otto's had exactly what I needed! Ian Martin was my sales associate, he was awesome. He is friendly, personable and responsive. The entire process was smooth and transparent. I purchased the car on Friday afternoon and it was ready for my daughter to take home 11 AM the next morning. Since my search was limited to a specific model, I dealt with a number of different BMW dealerships in the Tri-State area. A Otto's, I received friendly attentive service from the entire staff from the time I was greeted at the front door until we drove the car off the lot. I can tell you from experience, that attention does not happen everywhere. I highly recommend Otto's BMW! More
