Ian Martin was my sales associate, he was awesome. He is friendly, personable and responsive. The entire process was smooth and transparent. I purchased the car on Friday afternoon and it was ready for my daughter to take home 11 AM the next morning. Since my search was limited to a specific model, I dealt with a number of different BMW dealerships in the Tri-State area. A Otto's, I received friendly attentive service from the entire staff from the time I was greeted at the front door until we drove the car off the lot.
