Ian-Michael Salon was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the RAV4 Prime model in which I was interested and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He wasn't "high pressure" at all and worked with management to get me a price with which I was comfortable. Tommy Tu was very professional and helpful, as well. I have always had a good experience with this dealership, as evidenced by the fact that it is the 6th car I have bought from them. I feel comfortable bringing my cars to them for servicing, as well. I have never felt that they suggest additional service that isn't really needed. More

We had been researching vehicles for weeks before finding DCH. We came in on a Monday night and met Ian. He was personable, kind, friendly and absolutely not pushy in the least. This is a dealership and a salesman I would feel comfortable going to alone as a woman. No high stress sales tactics, and treats you like a human.
