I had a great experience buying my 2020 Camry from DCH Toyota Freehold. Ian-Michael, the car salesman, was very helpful and professional. He was patient and let me test drive at least 6 cars until I found Toyota Freehold. Ian-Michael, the car salesman, was very helpful and professional. He was patient and let me test drive at least 6 cars until I found the one that suited my needs and preferences. He also worked with me to negotiate a fair price that was within my budget. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my purchase and so far the car is running well with no issues. I would highly recommend Ian and DCH Toyota Freehold to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

Went in to the dealer to just check out a used bmw they just got in. Ian was available and showed me the car and let me test drive it. He was very polite and easy to get along with. Not a pushy salesman by just got in. Ian was available and showed me the car and let me test drive it. He was very polite and easy to get along with. Not a pushy salesman by any means. We talked over numbers for a little bit and eventually came to an agreement to take the car. On final signing the number changed slightly and I wasn’t happy and told Ian I am sorry but had to pass, Ian went above and beyond and still got me a better number than I was given. I appreciate it the long hours he spent with me at the dealer and also stayed with me till after closing to get the car prepped and ready for me to drive home. I can’t thank Ian enough for all his help. This was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car from any dealership. Thanks again Ian! More
