This was my experience with Paradise Chevrolet. I was in the process of getting the out the door price on a vehicle I was clearly interested in. The original out the door price was incorrect. We were so happy with how Paradise Chevy in Temecula treated us. We originally bought a used 2020 silverado from a different dealer nearby and it turned out to be an awful experience. Paradise was able treated us. We originally bought a used 2020 silverado from a different dealer nearby and it turned out to be an awful experience. Paradise was able to work with us for hours, taking in our trade and getting us into a beautiful 2025 silverado RST with the duramax engine. I love this truck, a dream truck to say the least. Ian, Christian and Leo all were amazing in helping us through the process. If anyone ever in the southern California area is looking to purchase a new or used chevy i cant recommend Paradise enough. More

Our New, and First, Cadillac For several months we had been shopping around for a new mid-sized SUV, and after extensive research decided to pivot from our Mercedes to the 2020 AW For several months we had been shopping around for a new mid-sized SUV, and after extensive research decided to pivot from our Mercedes to the 2020 AWD Cadillac XT5. We had a fantastic buying experience at Paradise and so want to give a couple shout-outs: First and foremost our salesperson Lou Long could not have been more pleasant to deal with. He's extremely knowledgeable and was very accommodating as we navigated the process. We ended up special ordering a vehicle, and Lou was great helping us get everything right as well as keeping us up to date on the status of our order. A couple other folks warrant comment: Brian (from Houston) in the hot Sun one afternoon opened up virtually every car on the lot as my wife considered every conceivable interior/exterior fabric/color option. The poor guy was great and probably doesn't get enough credit for his customer service and interpersonal skills. Ian the Inventory Manager took the time to walk us through our order line by line to ensure that everything was perfect. When the car arrived (as ordered) Lou again was tremendous walking us through all the tricks it can do. He even came to the house to program the garage door opener. What a fun car to drive (the safety/high tech options are totally worth it) and we look forward to many years of enjoying it (a 10 year/150,000 mile power train warranty - really!) Finally Becky the Sales Manager was a pleasure to work with and was instrumental in closing the deal. The whole team was great, and we would highly recommend Paradise if you're shopping for a new car, truck or SUV (especially this month as they may still be offering 0% financing, which in my opinion is basically free money!). Ask for Lou and I'm sure you won't be disappointed! More
