The issues with my deal were ultimately resolved after escalation to management, and I do appreciate the effort to make things right. However, the process to get there involved a lack of transparency, poo escalation to management, and I do appreciate the effort to make things right. However, the process to get there involved a lack of transparency, poor follow-up, and multiple escalations that should not have been necessary. While the final outcome was fair, the overall experience was frustrating and avoidable. More
