I was interested in purchasing a vehicle, particularly a RAV4. I was reviewing available inventory online, and after finding a RAV with everything I wanted, I started reviewing the various dealers. After my review, I reached out Toyota of Cedar Park to inquire if a RAV was still available. As I live 3 1/2 hours away, I told them I would be to Cedar Park the following day, and asked that if the vehicle I wanted was sold, to call me prior to me driving that distance. They called me around 9 PM and said the vehicle was still available. So I drove the 3 and a half hours bright and early. I was met by Sales Advisor, Alejandro Rojas. Alejandro was fantastic to work with. He was personable and attentive to my wants and needs. Together, we reviewed the RAV, inside and out, then went for a test drive. After the test drive we settled down to the math. We then came to agreement on the terms of the sale and proceeded. Alejandro then kept me in the loop as to what steps happens next. My experience was awesome at Toyota of Cedar Park!!!!!!!! Alejandro was fantastic to work with and was very transparent as to the buying process. I would also like to praise Dave in the used car business office as he was very helpful, quick and very efficient with the paperwork etc. I was also very impressed with the entire staff and facilities at Toyota of Cedar Park. Probably the best and most efficient car buying experience of my life. THANK YOU Alejandro and entire team!!!!!! More

I purchased my 2nd vehicle from this dealership last Friday. Although the sales representative that I worked with 3 years ago was not there my experience did not disappoint with Tee and David (finance m Friday.
