I stopped by the dealership to have a simple question answered about the active blind spot detection feature and Ian not only answered my question, but suggested he check the vehicle for any service needs, as he knew I was heading out of town. He quickly determined that a number of services were required and even though it was already late Friday afternoon, he managed to get my 2014 650i Gran Coupe serviced and ready for pick up the same day (~5:30PM)! Additionally, he obtained a loaner X1 to allow me to continue my errands. Ian is the ultimate professional, customer focused and a pleasure to work with. Many thanks! More
