Both service advisors were helpful and took good care of my wife’s Jeep. Day one ended up being 5 hrs long due to several issues. Had to come back on day 2 but was in an out in about 1 hr. This is outrageous! An official RAM dealer is deceiving customers! Look at my photos. The dealer claimed that the oil and filters were changed just 2 miles ago. I brought the vehicle to another official dealer and personally witnessed them removing filters that clearly hadn’t been changed in over 30,000 miles! This company is fraudulent. Perhaps there are still honest people working there — I truly hope someone reaches out to me and tries to make this right. But for now, it’s just 1 star — only because zero isn’t an option. More
