Even though I didn't purchase my wife's 2019 TTS from Audi Devon, they did complete it's first service and everything from Ibrahim's assistance in finding a suitable time for us and John in the Service d Audi Devon, they did complete it's first service and everything from Ibrahim's assistance in finding a suitable time for us and John in the Service dept's care and attention were top notch. The service was completed in super quick time and the car was returned freshly cleaned. This is also a very modern and customer focused Audi Dealership, I would have to say the most impressive I've ever visited. We will definitely return. More

Very upset I recently leased a Q3 and am very dissatisfied with my experience. Ibrahim showed me the premium package features in one Q3 such as heating steering I recently leased a Q3 and am very dissatisfied with my experience. Ibrahim showed me the premium package features in one Q3 such as heating steering and phone charging pad. I didn’t like the color so he found another Q3 which was cheaper per month. I asked, so which features does this car not have since it’s cheaper? He said only doesn’t have navigation which I was okay with. This was a lie. After I drove off of the lot I started to realize more and more features that he showed me in the first Q3 that are missing in my car. This was my first car purchase and I wish I could return it. I would have gone with the premium model if he told me the truth about the features that were missing. I love Audi’s but after this experience I am not satisfied with my purchase and due to the lack of transparency I will not be a repeat customer. More
