One of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. We test drove a truck, told the dealership we were buying it, and were assured that it was “first come, first served” and that we had the truck. Whi We test drove a truck, told the dealership we were buying it, and were assured that it was “first come, first served” and that we had the truck. While we were inside working on the deal and providing financing information: - Another customer was allowed to test drive the same truck and was then given priority. - Management first told us “whoever signs first gets it,” then acknowledged the other customer had not signed yet. - We were given several different explanations for why they were moved ahead of us, but never received a clear answer. - When I picked up the folder containing my personal and financial information after the deal fell apart, a manager grabbed the folder and forcefully pulled it from my hands. I contacted ownership immediately afterward and was told I would receive a management follow-up. That follow-up never came. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business here. More
