I signed paperwork for the purchased of 1GYS4HKJ1GR354238 a 2016 Escalade on January 24/2020. Here it is February 5th 2020 and they still have my vehicle in the service shop with excuse after excuse as to w a 2016 Escalade on January 24/2020. Saved enough money that I opted to get a extended warranty for 100000 miles. Me being a Marine it's extremely hard for me to get impressed but I highly was when the process was done.
