Was so impressed by the "go the extra mile" attitude with the service department I decided to try them when it came time to purchase a new vehicle. I could not be more pleased with the whole process. Was able to agree on pricing over the phone, swing by after work to fill out paper work, and drive away. Was very impressed with how professional and yes, painless the whole process was. From my salesperson Iggy, to the aftermarket consultant Yahayra (I wanted cruise control installed), to the business manager Carlos, the whole process was the smoothest car buying experience I ever went thru.
