Carlos was informative and helpful, but told us an interest rate was the lowest he could go, but he lowered it when we purchased the service agreement, so it really wasn't the lowest after all. It is more honest to say that up front...that they are able to give a better rate if a service agreement is also purchased. It makes for a more honest transaction and builds trust and good will with the customer. Carlos was otherwise very good, so if this is a business strategy he was taught, please change it for better relationships More
