Throughout the test drive, I really felt like he listened to what I was looking for and the reasons I was looking at some other cars as well. I never felt overly pressured to go with the Malibu. Iggy just did a good job of laying out some honest differences between the cars I was considering. When we sat down to talk about pricing, Iggy continued to make me feel like I was making a no pressure decision. I honestly believe I got a good deal and that he did everything he could to get one for me. Before I left, Iggy made sure I was comfortable with both the service department and operating the technology in my new car. Sherri talked to me about some options I was interested in. She walked me through the perks of being a preferred customer. She was very personable and thorough in the information she gave me. Sammy handled my paperwork. He said there were were good deals being offered on the Spark and asked if we would like to take a drive. After returning from the test track he offered to let us take a Spark home to drive for the rest of the day. We chatted a bit and sat down to talk about a price for the vehicle. He offered several discounts, and relayed our counter-offers to the GM. We agreed on a price and drove a new car home. I've bought several new cars over the years and would describe this as the most pleasant experience I've ever experienced. More

This is our first experience with a domestic dealership and Iggy made us seriously reconsider our Honda/Toyota purchasing preferences. The sales pitch by Sherri was too long and drawn out. Furthermore, the process to complete our paperwork took much too long in order to allow Sherri to sell us an extra service. I appreciated that Premo said they are striving to shake the "car dealership" horrid culture of the past. Thank you for making this an easy process and changing our attitudes about car salesmen.
