Then this pretty lady comes over and shows you all the accessories and you bite. Then the finance guy is a badass too....You end up getting the truck you want at a great price and every time you bring it in for service, they've got mustaches and are super rad dudes. Wet yet? Iggy knocked it out of the park for my wife and I. Shawn and the guys in service are dope dudes as well. I secretly hope my wife's jeep will crap the bed just so I can buy another vehicle from these dudes. More

Great Experience, Excellent Customer Service First and foremost when I walked in everyone was very friendly! I never felt pressured. I was looking for a safe/roomy SUV to accommodate my Autistic First and foremost when I walked in everyone was very friendly! I never felt pressured. I was looking for a safe/roomy SUV to accommodate my Autistic Grand daughter and her service dog. When I told Iggy the salesman this he shared the story of Mr. Wolfe the owner of Chevrolet in Naperville and his experience with autism. " Turning Pointe Autism Foundation was founded in 2007 by Kim and Randy Wolf to provide families with the support needed when managing the challenges faced by children with Autism. The Wolfs personally understood this because their son Jack is impacted. With the need growing for services, the Wolfs expanded the Foundation’s commitment to incorporate educational initiatives, family supports, residential plans, and recreation programs" (taken from the Turning Pointe Website). Iggy also shared with me how some of the kids that are learning life skills actually have jobs there at Chevy. What a Great way to support the foundation! So having this background information along with a Great Experience and a Team that understood my needs due their involvement and personal experience with Turning Pointe I was very impressed! Having a great salesman and Fantastic finance man, I would highly recommend Chevy of Naperville to all my friends and family and anyone that wants to support those with Autism. Oh and when we picked up my Chevy Traverse, I brought my Grand daughter Ava with and we basically had a party, all the sales man and Manager Ulises were kind and patient as Ava ran around the car opening all doors and jumping in and out of the car. ( my new Traverse of course) Oh and Sherri Pacchiano was a great resource and has a wealth of knowledge about the services they provide! Shawn McDermott also helped when I picked up my car and he was so kind and patient with us, he showed us how everything worked and all the features of the car,. Thank you! oh and he is funny, great sense of humor! Thanks for the Great experience! Omar was very helpful when I came into the dealership regarding some questions I had and the possibility of purchasing another vehicle from them due t Omar was very helpful when I came into the dealership regarding some questions I had and the possibility of purchasing another vehicle from them due to my previous vehicle being a total loss. He gave my information to Iggy and made sure I was very well taken care of. When the day came, I called Iggy and told him that I would be stopping by the dealership to possibly purchase a vehicle. When I arrived to the dealership Iggy was there to give us a very warm welcoming. He called us by our names and was very friendly. We talked about all the options possible and he was able to find something that fit financially, comfort-wise and stylish. When it was time to do all the paperwork, Omar was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained every piece of information to the T!
