It was stress free, and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the car, and our experience. Once we had settled on our car - an Equinox - Sherri P. spoke to us about the benefits of protecting the interior and exterior of the car. She gave us plenty of information, but no pressure to purchase. Since we decided on leasing, and since we have two young children, we went with the protection package. Again, we felt we were given all the information we needed, but no pressure to purchase. Overall, a great experience. More

They asked what I was looking for and what I wanted on the car. Most other dealers did the typical "just come in. When can you come in?" Naperville Chevy took their time to understand my needs. When I did stop by, I was introduced to Iggy Tusa who is a member of the sales department. Iggy also took his time to learn my needs and expectations. Iggy was wonderful to work with. Zero pressure and friendly throughout the process. I also had the chance to meet with Travis Jackson, who is the General Sales Manager. He also was a zero pressure person, who truly wanted to earn my business. I can't say enough about both Iggy and Travis. They were responsive to all of my requests and questions, and again, zero pressure. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a car to go visit Chevy of Naperville. Now that was easy! I shop everything usually to death. I have learned the best price is rarely the best deal in fact most likely to be the worst deal. I know how wonderful a Dan Wolf dealership is though from reputation and having a fantastic experience with their Toyota dealership. Well I think I got the best of both worlds in the best price for my new truck and FANTASTIC purchasing process. They did not make me do the hated 3 hour "sales" process. They simply helped me pick out exactly what truck I wanted with every perfect feature and since I was in a hurry to buy by the end of the year found it being made, acquired it, made a small change or two for the features I wanted and gave me the best price. They updated me on the status of the truck from build to shipping to transfer to the dealership and making the changes I requested. Everything got done on or ahead of schedule. I never was a truck guy before but WOW do I love this truck. Looked at other brands that also look nice but the closer I looked the more I liked the Chevy. I have buyers delight (opposite of remorse), I like it more than I thought I would. I never thought buying a new vehicle would be this easy but it sure was. I even got through the dreaded finance guy without any pressure. This IS the dealership to buy from! More
