The sales representative was deceiving to say the least. We started to negotiate one car and made it clear to him that we were not interested in any other and he switched the papper work sell the other. I thought we came up with a good price for the car I traded in and the price I would pay for the car I would lease but when I finally got to print the information from the thumb drive I found out that I traded in and the price I would pay for the car I would lease but when I finally got to print the information from the thumb drive I found out that I was charged for things I was not aware of or agreed with. For example the optional maintenance agreement and $3,494.16 rent charge!!! Nobody went over all these changes with me !! You just took advantage of a senior person !! I don’t respect this type of business and will see if there are agencies I can report this fraud too !! By doing this you will make extra money now but loose business in the long run. Hope the owner is aware of these deceptive practices. James Curry More
