The worst experience I have ever had sold me a vehicle that had serious mechanical issues and told me I purchased it as is. Spent six hours at this place, my first time there and was told by the finance manager he was free and didn't know why I had to wait so long. The car test drive and negotiations took less then one hour. was told by the finance manager he was free and didn't know why I had to wait so long. Didn't like the fact that I was force to fill out a credit application when I had a trade in and cash, even though it would take 3 days, to get the money to the dealership. I still had to go the the entire process of someone buying on credit. Credit manager went through most of the forms to sign. He intentionally did not inform me about one form, which I signed, without looking, which was a donation form to local schools. This form was not explained to me. I went there to buy a car, not to donate to charity, especially when I wasn't informed; keep in mind there about 20-30 forms to sign. The salesman was not there when I called him, left a message the day before and the day of delivery wasn't even there. When I showed up at the dealership, everyone was surprised and I had to wait over 2 hours to get the car detailed, and gassed up. This was done by another sales person who helped me out with this. I have bought many cars before, and I used to be a new car salesman myself. This whole process should not have taken over 8 hours!! More
