Not a very forthright staff. Manager talked down to me. Salesman plainly lied to me. Called the next day about my issues was told I would get a call back haven’t yet. Issues were never received wheel loc Salesman plainly lied to me. Called the next day about my issues was told I would get a call back haven’t yet. Issues were never received wheel lock key important because tires need replacement received one key fob told need to purchase other at full price. Back speakers weren’t working. Salesman tell me he’ll connect them before I leave. When left speaker still not working. Key fob battery was dead he went to the back came back said he replaced it. Didn’t had to replace myself More

The car was not on the lot and my family had to ride in a car to go to the lot where the new inventory is kept and to drive the car back to the dealership following Mr. Kang, in addition, we drove with no license plate, not even dealership plates and this is a violation of New Jersey state law. THIS is unprofessional and unacceptable in all matter of conduct. More
