Worst experience of my life- unprofessional and incompetent. No regard or consideration for the customers time. Our vehicle sat untouched for 32 days with no sense of urgency to get things fixed. S incompetent. No regard or consideration for the customers time. Our vehicle sat untouched for 32 days with no sense of urgency to get things fixed. Service manager was rude and service associate was same. We were accused of neglecting our vehicle on 3 separate occasions - apparently they don’t understand that a car owner can perform their own oil changes and maintenance without bringing it to a dealership. After the car was “fixed”, we found parts in the truck that were never put back in the car - resulted in 3 return trips to get the car put back together accurately. Stay as far away from this dealership as you can, if I could give zero stars I would More

not sure I would recommend this service center. so it was hard to answer yes or no. I was flagged at end of this survey to make a choice, so for now said no. Maybe when they are done with renovation as things seemed really backed up. Took me almost six hours to have a mirror replaced and a free vehicle inspection. More
