Horrible experience My husband and I stopped by to look at a Traverse. The salesman was very abrasive. He insulted our current car, said the car we were considering was made for soccer moms, said that people that didn’t drive Cadillacs were not as intelligent as people who did, acted surprised when I wanted to ride in the front seat during the test drive, tried to sell us a two row vehicle when we specified we needed a third row, and when my husband tried to shake his hand as we were leaving the salesman turned and left my husband’s hand hanging in mid air. I will never go back, even if they were to give me a car for free. I felt disrespected as a woman and as a buyer. More
