Iliana Davila was amazing throughout the whole process getting the vehicle, same with Luis Gonzales from financing FIVE STARS customer service for both, If you interested in getting a vehicle from this de getting the vehicle, same with Luis Gonzales from financing FIVE STARS customer service for both, If you interested in getting a vehicle from this dealership talk to Iliana she is the sales person to go to, she is really nice. My only dissatisfaction with this purchase and the dealership was the vehicle price, way overpriced for a 2024 vehicle that had + 70K miles and a warranty almost expired, but that's on me for not bringing someone to tell me to walk away from a bad deal. Now that I think about it, with an extra $5K I could have gotten my self a brand new one with zero miles and and a full warranty, Live and Learn (Smiling and crying emoji) More

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2023 Bronco from Sam Pack's Five Star Ford. Iliana was incredibly patient, attentive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. She listened carefully from Sam Pack's Five Star Ford. Iliana was incredibly patient, attentive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. She listened carefully to what we wanted and never tried to oversell or steer us toward something that didn't fit our needs. She answered all of our questions thoroughly, respected our preferences, and made the experience comfortable and stress-free. Her personality was a great match for ours, which made the process even more enjoyable. Alex in Finance was equally helpful and professional. He clearly explained everything, answered our questions, and helped bring the deal together smoothly. From start to finish, the entire process was straightforward, transparent, and pleasant. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would gladly recommend Iliana, Alex, and Sam Pack's Five Star Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
