We were very very pleased with our car buying experience from start to finish. Our sales lady Ilana Evans was very knowledgeable and professional in our negotiation and thumbs up to Dave Mixson our finance from start to finish. Ilana E was my sales consultant and she hustled hard to get the job done, I went through several trucks to find the one I want and she just kept bringing them over for me to check out. Very nice and easy t get the job done, I went through several trucks to find the one I want and she just kept bringing them over for me to check out. Very nice and easy to work with. After the sale there were some pretty major issues with the truck, the dash and some trim had cosmetic issues and needed to be replaced. Pete P and his service team took great care of me and did an excellent job, been in the automotive field 45 years and I am not impressed easily and very picky, we still have a couple outstanding issues to get fixed but I have confidence that they will get my RAM "perfect" . For me it's not about having problems it's about how the dealer and manufacturer handle those problems, Kernersville CDJR and RAM are the team to go with. More
