Ilona V. - Friendly, Patience and Empathetic Oh wow! Went into MB of Hoffman Estates looking for a very specific Mercedes Benz model and was being helped by this wonderful salesperson Ilona V. Oh wow! Went into MB of Hoffman Estates looking for a very specific Mercedes Benz model and was being helped by this wonderful salesperson Ilona V. (can’t remember the last name). I can tell you that this tenacious young lady spent hours and tons of sweat equity trying to hunt down the exact model (or close to) of vehicle that I was looking for. She walked all over that dealership, was on the computer and made at least five phone calls in that effort. Unfortunately, we could not find what I was looking for that day I must say, in her defense, I am a very picky person. I left that day without making a purchase. But not for the lack of effort on Ilona’s part. I am still in the market for this vehicle and because of the effort and hustle that Ilona displayed, will not purchase from any other dealer. Great job MB of Hoffman Estates in having such talented and friendly people on your staff! Because of Ilona’s efforts that day, I will absolutely be recommending this place to all of my family, friends and coworkers. Cheers to you... More
