It was a breath of fresh air to describe it best ; unlike any of these other dealerships. The staff was great all around. Janel was amazing , attentive and very knowledgeable about the cars and products offe any of these other dealerships. The staff was great all around. Spencer was great. He was wonderful with my 2 year old as well! Car shopping can be stressful and tiring even for a child. So, having someone who is patient, kind, and engages with your child makes life so m well! Car shopping can be stressful and tiring even for a child. So, having someone who is patient, kind, and engages with your child makes life so much easier. The sales manager was wonderful as well. We were still at EchoPark even by the time of closing and the staff was wonderful and patient with us. They were not in any hurry to get home, at least they did not show it. We were really impressed and will pass along great things about EchoPark! More
