I was drawn to this dealer because they had the exact BMW, including interior/exterior colors that I wanted. And the price was fair. Aidan was the reason I came back the following day, even though the manager was unable to concede on a little higher price point for my trade-in. Aiden's positivity, helpfulness, and ability to help me understand the EchoPark structure are invaluable skills. EchoPark is very lucky to have him. And ultimately, I decided not to squabble over a couple hundred bucks because no other lot in Vegas had the car I was looking for. More
