Deal signed, deposit given, insurance transfered and no car! STAY AWAY!! Sales person was nice agreed on a Jeep I signed the deal left a large deposit. After Brett the manager left he emailed me that the truck was SOLD 2 weeks ago. He didn’t have the curtesy to call me. The real nightmare began as dealership dropped the insurance on my car and insured the Jeep I was purchasing and they never corrected their mistake nor did they tell me they drooped my insurance. I happened to call my insurance company and it took days to get my truck put back on my insurance. STAY FAR AWAY! Even with your signature and take your deposit do the deal you and find out they sold the car to someone else and can’t get you the car you purchased! More

After you located the car for me, I arrived on delivery day and noticed a feature I had thought was to be included wasn’t (my mistake). Ingrid immediately took all the stress I could have been feeling about the possibility of needing to not close and she said “Listen, you don’t need to take this one, we will get you the one you want”. Obviously I knew I wasn’t obligated to, but it was definitely nice to know her focus was on me getting what I wanted. That’s the type of salesperson that reflects well on East Hills, and earns my loyalty. I plan to be back as my kids come of age in the coming years. I took the car by the way and I am happy. You now should ensure you keep Ingrid happy, she is an asset. More
