Ingrid immediately took all the stress I could have been feeling about the possibility of needing to not close and she said “Listen, you don’t need to take this one, we will get you the one you want”. Obviously I knew I wasn’t obligated to, but it was definitely nice to know her focus was on me getting what I wanted. That’s the type of salesperson that reflects well on East Hills, and earns my loyalty. I plan to be back as my kids come of age in the coming years. I took the car by the way and I am happy. The day we were scheduled to pickup our vehicle, there was a fire next door, fire trucks and emergency vehicles were everywhere. They were blocking the road to the car storage facility. After 45 minutes the entire management team got together and somehow managed to get the vehicle out of the lot and we drove off smiling. Awesome job guys. This is our third car buying experience with East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and it was a happy one each time. Highly recommended. Sonia and Bret More
