They also showed me a full variety of competitive purchase/lease options. Then they located the exact vehicle (right down to the exact options) that I chose from a distant dealer and delivered the car to me in a few days. Awesome! More

Always wanted a Jeep Wrangler - I stopped in to East Hills Jeep Chrysler one night - I pass t The lease on my GMC Terrain was expiring - thank god! Always wanted a Jeep Wrangler - I stopped in to East Hills Jeep Chrysler one night - I pass the dealership almost everyday on my way to work. I was assigned to a Ingrid who greeted me. I told her I was interested in a Jeep and I immediately brought up the chassis issue. Her response was speak to Mike Grimaldi , he is our Jeep specialist. I sat down at Mikes desk, explained that I always wanted a Jeep but that I had 3 months left on my Terrain, and I wanted info and a test drive and I also told him that I was not ready to decide that night. Mike, gave me his undivided attention, took me out on a test drive - spent over an hour with me - It was a great experience. He educated me on the culture of the Jeep owners, pointed out some quirks unique to the Jeep Wrangler and gave me tons of information. He gave me a ballpark figure for a 39 month lease. I was a little surprised at the amount, initially, more than I wanted to spend, but I left with a really good feeling and more importantly, I knew I could call Mike if I had additional questions, which I did. Later that week, I called a leasing individual just to check payment amounts, the leasing person came out cheaper, but I was not certain if he actually had the exact Jeep I wanted with the exact equipment. Mike followed up with me , I was honest with him - he replied that if things fell through with the leasing guy to call him. Later that week Ed Whiffen, Sales Manager sent me an email that he would really appreciate my business and to give him a final chance. So I called, went through the details and after a bit of back and forth , Ed met the price. A real gentlemen as was Mike. No arm twisting, no typical dealership crap . Ed then put me back in contact with Mike and Mike walked me through the financing process and I picked up my 2018 Pumpkin Jeep Wrangler on October 31, and I couldn't be happier. Even the pick up process was great , thank you Arnie- short and sweet and NO Surprises. The best experience ever ! Thank you Mike , Ed and East Hills More

Easiest lease ever I already knew what I wanted and found it online at East Hills Jeep.
