He was never pushing anything on me, instead he presented feature and price comparison of various models. At the end of this, it was fairly easy for me to select a Honda Pilot! We were congratulated on buying a Honda but it a Volkswagen. Salesperson didn’t look any of us in the eye. Car did not go through a real safety inspection had to make an appointment with my mechanic Volkswagen. Salesperson didn’t look any of us in the eye. This purchase reminded me of the stereotype used car purchase from the eighties. They weren’t wonderful to deal with but not horrible. Played every I will go ask my manager trick in the book. I almost bought a car elsewhere but they dropped the price a grand even though we are supposedly in a sellers market. Guessing they made 1500 to 2000 off the sale. That seems pretty typical now a days. More
