Our nationwide search for the sport model with a standard transmission led us to Ohio and David Guy. We had numerous helpful conversations with Mr Guy during our search for a vehicle with the features we wanted. Mr Guy was able to locate the vehicle and contacted us at every turn, and was very responsible and conscientious in his efforts. We were comfortably able to drive from Michigan to Ohio and back home again during daylight hours due to David Guy's diligence in having the vehicle and all paper work ready for us. I made an appointment to go into the dealership and work directly with Tony Spitalieri. Tony sold me my previous Honda. It was time to trade in my lease Honda for a new model. Tony and Rob Logan worked with me to get the exact make and model car that I wanted. They went above and beyond the expectation to explain the new features. They were both incredibly helpful in locating the exact color that I wanted. Both Tony and Rob in sales and Ira in Finance were straight forward and upfront about all costs and worked hard to find savings where they could. They were extraordinarily friendly and knowledgeable without being aggressively pushy. It was my second time buying a car from Jay Honda and the reason I went back was because of the professional service and attention to detail that I received from Tony and Rob.
