Her demeanor was friendly and helpful and never forceful in her approach. We clicked immediately. We explained what we were looking for in a new vehicle and why, sat down with her and in no time she presented us with what would work for us. She continued to work with us throughout the leasing process right through until we drove away. I know that we can turn to her with any follow-up questions or concerns, I also have to mention Ira Jackson-Carpenter who was so pleasant to work with regarding financing. Our interaction was pleasant during the process we discussed the Cavs and the Indians...he made it fun as I signed paper after paper. Add to that how wonderful Jeff Wells was. I was ending my car lease on a 2013 Accord and debated about switching to a different brand. After talking to Tony, it was within a week that I had my papers signed for a 2016 Accord.
