After test driving and thinking over for a few days we decided to purchase. Ira was very helpful and very patient while we decided to make our purchase and we didn't feel rushed at all. I was debating between leasing a Honda Civic Sedan and a Nissan Sentra for several weeks. After coming into Jay Honda, I immediately had great customer service when I walked in the door. Ira instantly greeting me and let me test drive an Accord and Civic. I fell in love with the Accord Sport but price wise I knew the Civic would work out best for me. After thinking over my decision for about a week, I called Ira and came back in to tell him my final decision. He told me about the College Program that I could get into to help me with leasing a car on my own. He said pick the color and the car is yours! After four long hours of waiting patiently, eating popcorn and drinking water, I drove home in a new 2013 Honda Civic. The color and price was a good fit. He was friendly, answered all of our questions, found the car we were looking for, gave us a fair price. We quickly proceeded through the paperwork, the financing. He did all of the proper follow up and did things we didn't even expect, like calling our insurance company to add the new car to our policy. Finally, he taught me all about the features of the car, set up my iPhone... and took my picture so I could share my new car with my friends. Working with Ira was truly a pleasure. Highly recommend.
