Amazing experience all around! This was my second time leasing from Jay Honda. My first experience was so wonderful that I couldn't imagine not going back there for the second leas This was my second time leasing from Jay Honda. My first experience was so wonderful that I couldn't imagine not going back there for the second lease. My salesman, Ira, made the process easy and enjoyable, and helped me get into exactly what I wanted with my 2nd lease. I didn't feel like anything was being pushed on me, and I really felt like he worked hard to help keep me within the budget I presented to him when I first contacted him. And the entire staff there is beyond friendly . . the managers, the receptionist, all of the sales staff, finance, service department . . . they really make you feel welcome and appreciate your business. My experience with this dealership was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! I look forward to doing business with them again. More

A Good Experience I really dislike shopping for new cars because of all the stereotypical negative comments and experiences associated with this ordeal. I was pleasant I really dislike shopping for new cars because of all the stereotypical negative comments and experiences associated with this ordeal. I was pleasantly surprised when I shopped at Jay Honda. My Salesman, Ira Jackson-Carpenter, was LOW to NO pressure. He was not only knowledgeable about the car I wanted,, he was also personable, and professional. Most importantly, he actually listened and addressed every comment and concern I had. about the car and the buying process. The climate of the showroom, and the demeanor of all of the employees there was unique experience in an auto dealership. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who finds buying a car laborious and off-putting. You may be pleasantly surprised.. As for Ira, but if he's not available, I wouldn't be surprised that anyone who is available would treat you just as well. More

Ira is great! Ira Jackson-carpenter is knowledgeable, friendly, and does not give that hard sales pitch. First Car I was initially quite worried about purchasing my first car. I had heard that dealers would try and trick you to pay ridiculous prices. This was not t I was initially quite worried about purchasing my first car. I had heard that dealers would try and trick you to pay ridiculous prices. This was not the case at Jay Honda. The people were extremely friendly and incredibly helpful. They did not make me feel pressured to buy the first vehicle I saw, but instead encouraged me to make sure I chose the vehicle that was right for me and in my price range. I would recommend first time car buyers to go with Jay Honda if possible and anyone else who is looking for a good deal with fabulous service. More

Great sales experience We went to two other Honda dealerships to find my new van and this dealership was the best experience because of Ira. He knew we were just there to n We went to two other Honda dealerships to find my new van and this dealership was the best experience because of Ira. He knew we were just there to negiotiate a deal. We gave him our best offer given and he was able to match it. And then we were also able to negiotiate one more selling item, and it sealed the deal. They had a new van for us on their lot and prepped and washed it while we waited! On top of that, my name was listed on a 'welcome to Jay Honda' board.And every weekend in the summer, they serve free lunch (hotdogs, hamburgers, and sausages). It was great since we were there over lunch for 4 hours and were hungry! Great food too! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ira kept checking in with us, and was very receptive to our needs. More

I could just get one with more features than my 2008. His friendly, confident manner helped me feel comfortable about my decision to buy a 2014 Honda Accord. NOW, I love my 2014 Honda Accord!!
