Fantastic customer service! Isaac made my first car buying experience so easy and amazing! I went to two dealerships before this and they were so confusing and rude. Great experience! Isaac was a pleasure to deal with. After spending an afternoon at a different dealership, I came into Longo knowing exactly what I wanted. Without bei Isaac was a pleasure to deal with. After spending an afternoon at a different dealership, I came into Longo knowing exactly what I wanted. Without being pushy or overselling me, Isaac was able to secure a better financing rate, as well as give me a better price than the other dealership for a nearly identical 2014 Prius V they had on the lot. Within a couple hours, I was happily driving out with a Toyota Certified Pre-owned vehicle in like-new condition. Even the financing department was a friendly and painless experience. Would highly recommend Longo, especially Isaac, if you're looking for a new or used Toyota. Well worth the drive I made from the west side of LA. More
