We have had a great experience with Toyota of Somerset thus far. We wanted a specific vehicle that they didn't have at the time but they located two, unfortunately we could not get either one of them(they thus far. So, they located us another one which was more like what we wanted anyway and, they worked for us until we were satisfied. I think the price was fair. I was very impressed with our salesman, Isaac Hart. He could answer all our questions without hesitation and always made us feel welcome and, done what he said he would do. Over all, a good place to buy a vehicle. More

We were trying to decide if it was time for us to trade in our vehicle for a newer one. We had Toyota in mind, and decided to stop by one Saturday morning just to see what was available. The staff was great, a salesman, Isaac Hart, came out right away to help us and answer our questions. We were interested in the Camry, and Isaac was very knowledgeable about everything my husband asked. He stayed with us and answered all of our questions. We always have to think about these decisions for a time, so we left and came back on Tuesday afternoon. We came back ready to make a decision. We were able to have the same person help, which we appreciated very much. The process of buying the vehicle was made so easy, I couldn't believe it happened so fast. I always get so nervous about trading vehicles. But this time it wasn't bad at all. Isaac was very helpful and knew just what to do. The other staff members were great also. They gave us a very good trade value on our vehicle with an explanation of how they arrived at the amount. The whole process took less time than I ever imagined possible. The personnel at this dealership are fabulous. They all work together so well and go out of their way to be helpful. They were concerned with helping us and we didn't feel like we were pressured into doing anything. Everything they told us would happen is just how it happened. Everyone we met was very friendly and courteous. We felt like they all were doing their very best for us and were even concerned that we understood the whole process. They took time to explain everything in detail. When we finished the paperwork, Isaac even showed us all about the vehicle accesories so we would be able to use them right away. This is the best dealership we have ever done business with. We are really enjoying our new car. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience. More

My experience with Toyota of Somerset was GREAT! I had gone to another Toyota dealership only to find it closed when Toyota was advertising the biggest Labor Day Sale. Isaac Hart made my leasing of the t gone to another Toyota dealership only to find it closed when Toyota was advertising the biggest Labor Day Sale. Isaac Hart made my leasing of the two vehicles very easy. The sales manager and finance person was very helpful too. This was by far the easiest trade/lease I have ever experienced. More
